Introduction
The need and unmet need for psychological support for people living with chronic illness and their families:
- Available interventions across (example: chronic illness)
- Barriers and facilitators to access these supports
- The role digital resources might play
- Setting up effective digital resources or tools
Learning Outcomes
1. Identify psychological needs in those affected by chronic illness;
2. Identify evidence-based therapies and current access determinants;
3. Explore digital resources to advance care, synchronously or asynchronously.
