QQI-validated and IACP-accredited programmes
At IICP College, we offer a range of QQI-validated and IACP-accredited programmes in counselling and psychotherapy, from certificate to master’s level. Our programmes are delivered flexibly on a part‑time basis and integrate theory and practice — preparing graduates for rewarding careers in the helping professions. We are also recognised for our high‑quality continuing professional development (CPD) courses.

LEVEL 6 CERTIFICATE
Our Certificate in Counselling and Psychotherapeutic Studies (20 ECTS) is delivered on a part‑time basis over approximately three months.
It is an ideal entry point for those with an interest in counselling and psychotherapy, offering a strong foundation through a balanced mix of personal development, theory and counselling skills — core areas essential to counsellor development.
LEVEL 8 DEGREE
Our BSc (Hons) in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy (240 ECTS) is delivered on a part-time basis over four years. This innovative programme is validated by QQI and accredited by IACP, Ireland’s leading professional body representing counsellors and psychotherapists.
With a seamless transition from theory to practice, graduates are well prepared to pursue enriching, fulfilling careers as therapists in the helping professions.
LEVEL 9 MASTER’S
We offer two master’s programmes — an MSc in Pluralistic Counselling and Psychotherapy and an MA in Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy (both 90 ECTS). These programmes are delivered on a part-time basis, typically one weekend per month.

IICP Open Taster Event
