Keeping your relationship together in these tough times

Social distancing and lockdown will inevitably bring an added stressful dimension to relationships. This psychoeducational programme is designed to give us all tips and skills for navigating the relationship stresses we face as we struggle with lockdown, home schooling and the constant close quarters. You are welcome to join Dermot O’Neill as he talks through the things we can do to maintain a healthy intimate relationship during lockdown.

Dermot O’Neill
Dermot O’Neill B.A., B.D., L.Ph.,
Dermot works in private practice as a counsellor, supervisor, trainer and facilitator. He teaches at Waterford Institute of Technology and is a senior faculty member with the William Glasser Institute Ireland. Dermot enjoys promoting choice theory philosophy as a way of enhancing daily living and relationships.

Dermot is a programme leader and module lecturer on BA (Hons) in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy Programme.
