MA in Pluralistic Counselling & Psychotherapy, P.G. Cert, Training & Education, B.Sc. Counselling and Psychotherapy, Dip. Addiction Studies, MIACP, MWGII. Caitríona is a former full time therapist with the HSE. She has worked in the field of Substance Misuse since 2001 and has practiced in statutory, residential and community based settings. Caitríona also has extensive experience in working therapeutically with children and adolescents.

Lecturing at IICP since 2006, her teaching experience also includes presenting on the M.Sc. and Diploma in Rehabilitation Studies at UCD and the Diploma in Drug and Alcohol studies with UL.

She is Director of Registry & Operations at IICP, and a module lecturer on the Certificate and BA (Hons) Degree in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy. She is the co-author of the Radcliffe book, Adolescents and Substance Use: The Handbook for Professionals Working with Young People, which was shortlisted and Highly Commended in the Paediatric category for the 2014 British Medical Association Book of the Year Awards.
