Basic Week Instructor and Practicum Supervisor WGII. Dermot works in private practice as a counsellor, supervisor, trainer and facilitator. He teaches at Waterford Institute of Technology and is a senior faculty member with the William Glasser Institute Ireland. Dermot enjoys promoting choice theory philosophy as a way of enhancing daily living and relationships.

Dermot is a programme leader and module lecturer on BA (Hons) in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy Programme.
