Empathic Listening in a Time of Crisis

Empathic Listening in a Time of Crisis

At present, we are all experiencing higher than normal levels of stress and anxiety. Front line workers are faced with unimaginable stresses, parents are balancing remote working and home schooling, and children are missing their friends and routine.
