Introduction
Introduction to working with Parents experiencing Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders. This training will take a deep dive into the transition to parenthood and what that looks like in relation to mental health. It aims to walk participants through Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders and reproductive trauma, explaining how they present and how they can be worked with in the therapy space as well as in other health and community settings. The aim is to upskill workers with knowledge and practical skills to support this cohort.
