Compassion Focused Therapy
Developed by Professor Paul Gilbert in the UK with clients experiencing high levels of shame and self-criticism. Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) is rooted in an evolutionary / motivational framework. CFT skills can be very helpful for clients across a broad range of mental health issues, and can be used across a wide variety of therapeutic approaches.
CBT with Depression
CBT is an evidence-based approach to therapy, that has proven efficacy when working with clients who are dealing with depression. This one day workshop will support therapists and mental health practitioners who want to incorporate CBT into their clinical toolbox.
